Sister Frances Smalkowski, CSFN, is a certified psychiatric nurse clinical specialist and a certified chaplain.  Currently she is the Director or Pastoral Care at Saint John Paul II Center in Danbury, Connecticut.  She has maintained a part-time private practice in family and adult counseling and psychotherapy for more than forty years in Monroe, Ct.  Most important about her background is that she comes from a "unique family," besides being a member of the Sisters of the Holy Family of Nazareth for 57 years.
